I. Who we are

The personal-data controller is Best Topo Solutions SRL, which operates the 3dmaps.ro website. The confidentiality of your data matters to us. For any question about personal data, write to office@3dmaps.ro.

II. What data we process

We process only the data you send us through the contact form: name, e-mail address, phone number and your message. In addition, the server hosting the site automatically records minimal technical data (IP address, browser type, time of access), needed for the functioning and security of the site.

The site has no online shop, no user accounts and does not process orders.

III. Purpose and legal basis

We use the form data solely to reply to your request and to give you information about our services (surveying, cadastre, 3D scanning, photogrammetry). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering the requests we receive, and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a possible contract. The technical server data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site functional and secure.

We do not send marketing communications, we do not build profiles and we do not make automated decisions based on your data.

IV. How long we keep the data

We keep the messages we receive for as long as necessary to reply to you and manage our relationship, then we delete them — except where the law requires us to keep them longer (for example tax obligations, if a contract is concluded).

V. Who we disclose data to

We do not sell or rent your data. It may be accessed only by:

• our hosting and e-mail provider (Hosterion), strictly to deliver the site and transmit the form messages, acting as a data processor;
• public authorities, only where the law requires it.

VI. Where the data is processed

The data is processed in Romania / the European Union (hosting with a provider in Romania). We do not transfer data outside the European Union.

VII. Your rights

As a data subject, you have the following rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR):

• the right of access to your data;
• the right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• the right to erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”);
• the right to restriction of processing;
• the right to data portability;
• the right to object to processing;
• the right to withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
• the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
